Internal Audit

We offer internal audit co-sourcing, resource enhancement, access to specialized skills or full outsourcing, depending on the requirements. This will be done with an extensive understanding of the objectives and priorities of the organization.

Investigative audits

This entails an audit that takes place as a result of a report of unusual or suspicious activity by an individual or department. The investigative audit focuses on specific aspects of the work of a department or individual.

System-based audits

We analyse whether entities’ internal management and control systems guarantee the quality and accuracy of their documentation and reports. We evaluate whether entities have appropriate systems and routines for managing their actions towards operational goals.

Follow-up audits

These are audits we conduct approximately six months after an internal or external audit report has been issued. They are designed to evaluate corrective action that has been taken on the audit issues reported in the original report.

Performance audits

We perform an independent examination of a program, function, operation, management systems and procedures of an entity to assess whether the company is achieving economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the employment of available resources. The examination will also assess the compliance with legal or other requirements.

Procurement Audit

We review whether entities comply with the relevant procurement laws, policies and procedures. The review covers the activities performed at each stage of the entities’ procurement cycle.
